This is a full-time onsite position, office will be located in South Miami. PLG Damage Attorneys, PLLC is seeking a full-time, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our office in all aspects of scheduling, drafting, processing, and client communication. Responsibilities:
--- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining files.
--- Assist with drafting and editing documents, letters, and correspondence.
--- Communicate professionally with clients to gather necessary information and relay it to the manager.
--- Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
--- Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary materials as needed.
--- Perform data entry and ensure all records are updated accurately.
--- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
--- Support the manager and other team members with administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:
--- Ability to commute to our South Miami office location.
--- Bilingual (Spanish/English) HIGHLY preferred.
--- Experience: 2 years as an Administrative Assistant preferred.
--- Experience in a law firm or legal environment is a plus.
--- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
--- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new software tools.
--- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
--- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
--- Discretion: Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
