As the 3rd Engineer, you will play an important role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of machinery in the vessel?s engine room. You will utilize your maintenance and repair skills to work on various equipment and projects that are essential to the operation of the vessel.



Career snapshot:

* Monitors the safe and efficient operation of all propulsion and auxiliary systems inside the engine room in conjunction with the Engineer Watch Officer (EWO)

* Assists the Staff Chief Engineer and/or 2nd Engineer with the maintenance and repair of engine room machinery and equipment

* Assists the Hotel Maintenance Manager with the daily maintenance and repair of hotel equipment and refurbishment projects
