Known for its colorful murals, art deco, hip vibe, and Miami's best
nightlife scene, Wynwood is the city's most vibrant district and is
home to Arlo Hotels' latest property.
To bring the art vibes of Wynwood to the property, Arlo Wynwood has
interior artwork in collaboration with Indie Walls (an art curator
of new and upcoming local artists) and an exterior fa--ade which
will feature graffiti and artwork by local Miami-based artists.
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for delivering unique, memorable, and
world-class experiences, communication, and marketing strategies to
our guests and partners, while delivering consistent, innovative,
and efficient operations. This role provides leadership to, assists
with strategic marketing direction to, and is responsible for
contributing to the success of all of Arlo Hotels Venues.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:

- Build strong partnerships with internal customers and outside
vendors.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Provide account management and project management for creation,
planning, and coordination of brand and corporate initiatives;
responsible for ensuring accurate execution of partner and sponsor
activations and events, including communications across all hotel
departments.
- Assist in executing comprehensive strategy for marketing
department planning, including budgeting, calendar planning,
communication, agency execution, evaluation, optimization,
etc.
- Directly report to Head of Brand Marketing and work in
conjunction with the Director of Marketing, Marketing team, Vice
President of Operations, on-property General Managers, on-property
F&B team, and on-property Programming Coordinator to ensure
goals are properly met across each hotel and communication is
aligned between brand & properties.
- Plan and coordinate, as well as be present to assist with,
on-premises events, ensuring accurate execution of partnership &
internal activations to maximize impact of new and existing
sponsors.
- Manage VIP and influencer exchanges, reservations, and general
communication related to each.
- Work closely with Director of Marketing and Director of
Ecommerce on advertising creative and placement, internet
marketing, social media execution, sweepstakes, including
on-property signage, and email marketing that will market the guest
experiences and Partnerships created.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, Director of
Marketing, Director of Ecommerce, and Graphic Design team to
achieve departmental goals.
- Monitor production of all accounts that have
partnership/programming/marketing agreements and evaluate market
initiatives to ensure there is a ROI and relevance.
- Draft content and/or respond to brand emails related to
communications and marketing and assist larger teams.
- Collaborate with the marketing team with creative needs
(on-property signage, email marketing, digital marketing,
etc.).
- Create and plan to have strategic initiatives based upon
overall calendar, geographic cultural events & venue
needs.
- Work in conjunction with the marketing team and media partners
to track and measure success of PR initiatives, digital marketing
initiatives, and other ROI driven actions.
- Monitor competitors' programming and venue activities.
- Provide reporting and success metrics data when needed, formats
and templates to be determined with Director of Marketing and Head
of Marketing.
- Inspire & live the Arlo culture; understand, communicate, and
act in accordance with Arlo Hotels' core values.
- Champion innovation and change; create an environment in which
creativity and innovation are the norm.
- Acquire and utilize all available consumer data, industry
trends, and venue stats to drive tactics.
- Manage activation process and platforms (including website
content, guest-facing communication: including email, in-room, and
text), and internal communication for consistently excellent
execution across the organization.
- Execute against Key Performance Indicators for brand
activations.
- Meet or exceed marketing and programming goals set forth
including assisting in general marketing-related needs not listed
above.
- Cooperate and communicate with Brand, Operations, and Property
teams.
