Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Operational Design -
Clinical Program Management.
Key Responsibilities
Build, develop, and manage a high-performing team of Operational
Design Leads (ODLs)
Drive strategy for operationally integrated study design and
protocol, including feasibility and recruitment strategy
Provide expertise to advance innovation in clinical trials across
the organization
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree & 4 years of directly related experience, or
Master's degree & 7 years, or Bachelor's degree & 9 years of
directly related experience
11 years of work experience in life sciences or a medically related
field, including 8 years in biopharmaceutical clinical research
5+ years of people management experience
Strong understanding of operationalizing clinical development
programs in a global setting
Ability to consult with key stakeholders at all management
levels
