Success.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the execution of customer success strategies to meet KPIs
on revenue retention and customer satisfaction
Lead strategy for customer expansion and establish playbooks for
the Strategic Customer Success Managers
Foster operational efficiency and collaborate with cross-functional
teams to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or
Relationship Management in a B2B SaaS environment
Experience leading a high-performing Customer Success team through
periods of growth
Proven track record of portfolio retention and revenue growth
Ability to understand upsell opportunities and accurately forecast
revenue
Experience defining and managing Customer Success KPIs
