Job Description:We are seeking an exceptional Culinary
Operations Manager to join our team at Madison Collective Miami.
This role plays a vital part in supporting the Head Chef in
managing kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality
food products, and maintaining a positive work environment.Key
Responsibilities:
- Lead in planning and directing food preparation and culinary
activities to meet our high standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient shift management
and teamwork to achieve our goals.
- Oversee food production processes to maintain quality standards
and presentation, ensuring that every dish meets our culinary
excellence.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and
menu items that showcase our creativity and passion for food.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the
kitchen environment, maintaining a safe and healthy work
environment for our staff.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering their
development within the culinary field and contributing to our
positive workplace culture.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing
waste to optimize our kitchen operations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area,
ensuring that it is well-maintained and efficient.Requirements:
- Strong background in culinary arts with experience in a
restaurant setting, preferably in a senior management role.
- Proficiency in food service management principles and
practices, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality
products.
- Excellent shift management skills to ensure smooth kitchen
operations, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also
demonstrating leadership qualities, with a focus on teamwork and
collaboration.
- Knowledge of bartending is a plus, enhancing the overall dining
experience for our guests.
- Experience in food production techniques, ensuring high-quality
dishes are served consistently.
