Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant Vice President of
Financial Planning & Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of long-term financial plans
aligned with business goals
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to
ensure accurate financial projections
Drive financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and
opportunities while collaborating with other departments
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related
field; MBA or CPA preferred
8+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and
analysis, preferably in the insurance or financial services
industry
Strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting
Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, SAP, Anaplan) and
advanced Excel skills
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in
a fast-paced environment
