• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of loan officers, processors, and support staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, and industry partners.
• Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic plans for branch success.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction in all interactions.Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, with a proven track record in leadership.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a team.
• Expertise in FHA, VA, and conventional loan programs.
• Ability to develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
