Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Technical Program
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategy and execution of cross-functional technical
programs for platform development and AI/ML integration
Oversee the development of platform components, ensuring usability,
scalability, and innovation
Build and manage a team of technical program managers, fostering a
culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
technical field; Master's degree preferred
10+ years of experience in technical program management, with at
least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven expertise in managing complex technical programs, especially
in cloud platforms and AI/ML technologies
Extensive experience working with SRE and operations teams to
develop strategies for reliability and scalability
Mastery of project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA,
Asana, Slack)
