Job Description:

We're looking for a seasoned Bartender to join our team at Dirty French Steakhouse in Miami's Brickell neighborhood. Our glamorous, high-energy steakhouse combines world-class meats and fish with French influences and bold flavors. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in the industry, a deep knowledge of spirits and proper technique, and excellent customer service skills.

• Prepare drinks for patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Assess customers' needs and make recommendations
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and teamRequirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in the desired job
  • Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 30 lbs.
  • Ability to work on-site for assigned schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, wine, beer and proper technique
