Job Description:

We are hiring experienced Bartenders to join our team at Vino, a new concept celebrating timeless artisanship and Italy's most coveted wines, with a 1000-bottle wine cellar. * Preparing alcohol/non-alcohol beverages for patrons
* Interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving snacks/drinks
* Assessing customers' needs and making recommendations
* Mixing ingredients to prepare cocktails
* Checking customers' identification
* Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
* Maintaining a safe and clean environment
* Processing cash and credit card transactions
* Greeting guests in a timely manner

Requirements include:
* At least 3 years of experience in the desired job
* Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
* Ability to work on-site for assigned schedule
* Deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, wine, and proper technique
* Proficient in computer skills including POS systems, Word, and Excel
