A celebrated upscale restaurant group seeks a dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to oversee day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has exceptional organizational and collaborative skills, attention to detail, and experience managing wait staff.Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of senior management experience in a full-service restaurant
Passion for excellence in hospitality
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS
Effective verbal and digital communication
Ability to solve complex situations under stress
Self-driven, results-oriented attitude
Solid track record of leading high-caliber service
Flexible work schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift objects up to 50lbs and work on feet for extended periodsBenefits:
