Join our Downtown Miami store as a Produce Associate Team Leader (Assistant Department Manager). Assist the Team Leader in daily operations, lead and develop Team Members, and ensure a positive company image by providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include developing creative store layouts, achieving sales and labor targets, and fostering a positive team environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining good vendor relationships, resolving team concerns, and functioning as a point person in the absence of the Team Leader. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in product knowledge, regulatory compliance, and leadership.       **Physical Requirements:**

      • Stands or walks for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday
        
      • Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters and electric pallet jacks
        
      • Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals and temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
