Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Recruiter to manage the full
recruitment cycle for technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including
sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and
develop tailored recruitment strategies
Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job
boards, social media, and direct outreach
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar
recruitment role
Proven experience recruiting for technical positions (e.g.,
software developers, system administrators, data engineers)
Fluent in English (advanced level), both written and spoken
Familiarity with sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search,
LinkedIn Recruiter)
Strong understanding of technical skills and IT market trends
