Job Description:

Supports high engagement, productivity, and retention of New Members by delivering quality training, and acts as a role model providing customer-obsessed service. Key responsibilities include organizing and delivering training, coordinating with Team Leaders and Store Trainer, facilitating operational training, maintaining a positive image, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, ensures timely completion of New Member Connections, coordinates with Team Members on training completion, and maintains accurate training records. Required skills include teaching others, general computer skills, and working knowledge of Whole Foods Market's learning systems. The role requires strong communication skills, ability to work as part of a team, and ability to meet customer service expectations. Physical requirements include lifting 50 pounds, standing/walking 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday, and working in wet and/or cold environments.
