RBI owns four of the world's most prominent and iconic quick service restaurant brands - TIM HORTONS, BURGER KING, POPEYES, and FIREHOUSE SUBS.Job Summary:The Sr. Manager oversees the implementation and integration of new technology systems, platforms or solutions within the Burger King restaurants. This role will involve leading a team to ensure the smooth deployment, project timeline management, coordinating with various internal teams and vendor partners.Roles & Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: lead and deliver deployment projects from inception to completion with schedule and budget.
  • Maintain overall program schedule for each deployment initiative.
  • Coordinate schedule/timeline for restaurant activities with the Brand team, franchisees, and suppliers.
  • Integrate with the Development team, Vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements and shared components are leveraged.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendor partners to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
    • Liaise with internal and supplier development teams to ensure timelines are managed and communicated.
    • Ensure specific user stories are documented on time and meet established standards.
    • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor project teams, provide guidance and support.
      • Lead and coach the project deployment team to ensure timely delivery.
      • Support Franchisee updates and communications during the development of software.Qualifications:
        • University degree in computer science, information systems, or business with a minimum of 3+ years related work experience.
        • 3+ years of formal Project/Program management experience.
        • PMP or similar certification is preferred.
        • Experience deploying consumer-focused tech solutions at scale.
        • Prior experience in managing large budgets and projects.
        • 3+ years of experience managing in complex IT environments, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants or Retail.
        • Strong understanding of project management principles and tools.
        • Excellent stakeholder management experience.
        • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
