As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for creating a conducive learning environment, providing academic support, and engaging students in various activities.Responsibilities of our after school teacher include:

• Delivering academic support to students, covering subjects such as reading, writing, and math.
• Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, ensuring students stay motivated and focused.
• Providing emotional support and guidance to students, helping them overcome challenges and build confidence.
• Maintaining a safe and organized after school environment, adhering to our agency's policies and procedures.Key skills required for this position include:
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans and deliver academic support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with students and colleagues.
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a childcare or educational setting.
  • Ability to work independently, managing time and prioritizing tasks effectively.Estimated annual salary for this position is $35,000 - $45,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
