Job OverviewThe Training and Development Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the success of our team members by providing high-quality training and development opportunities.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. A strong understanding of food safety and customer service principles is also essential for this role.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for team members on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with store leadership to identify training needs and develop training plans to meet those needs.
• Work with the store team to implement training programs and ensure successful completion of training.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on food safety and customer service regulations and best practices, and ensure that training programs are aligned with these standards.Requirements
  • 6 months of experience in a retail or food service environment, preferably in a training or development role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.Working Conditions
    • This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
    • The ideal candidate will be able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday.
