Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst (Contractor) to
provide technical support and troubleshooting for onsite tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and
network issues
Manage hardware and software installations, including operating
systems on Windows and macOS devices
Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and assist in
deploying new IT systems
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an IT support or help desk role
Proficiency with macOS, Google Workspace, Okta, and common office
applications
Familiarity with network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and
VPNs
Experience managing hardware inventory and user training
