Job Description:
A company is looking for a Production Support Analyst to support
data transmission and application monitoring in the healthcare
sector.
Key Responsibilities
Support the successful transmission of over 18,000 data feeds and
EDI processing
Manage incidents for networking, system, and customer-facing
applications, including triaging and troubleshooting
Conduct root cause analysis of system issues and develop effective
solutions
Required Qualifications
Good knowledge of SQL
Some knowledge of data ingestion and FTP/SFTP experience
2+ years of experience in Product Support or Development
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and QA
integration
Proficient in Microsoft Office
