Responsibilities:

--- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
--- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
--- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
--- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
--- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
--- Call and prospect for 3 hours a day from Monday - Friday
--- Desire and commitment to grow their knowledge through Books, Podcast and YouTube Videos
--- Thrive in a true team environment and be willing to give back

Qualifications:

--- Great communication and social skills
--- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
--- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
--- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
--- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
--- We welcome new agents to apply
--- Agents who have been licensed for a few years and looking for a new opportunity are also welcome to apply
--- Ability to build meaningful connections and build rapport quickly while loving to meet new people
--- Forward-thinking, proactive, dynamic and perform well under pressure
--- Either be great on the phone or have the willingness to learn to be great on the phone
--- Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
--- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
--- Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals
