Description:Your primary role will be to connect with new clients and offer Commercial/Retail Facility maintenance Services. You will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls and helping clients realize the incredible potential of our unique skill set.Effectively communicate with clients and field service personnel, gather the necessary information to prepare estimates and coordinate a team of trade professionals of different disciplines to ensure all projects are completed on time, according to requirements, and without exceeding budget.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing target plans, growing the pipeline to meet new business targets, and driving sustainable growth. A blend of enthusiasm, energy, and drive is essential for success in this role.You will also be expected to perform clerical and administrative functions as well as assisting the Senior Account Manager in managing our accounts and clients, while meeting performance metrics and quality service goals.
Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their facilities needs.
• Initiate portfolio growth through cold calls, customer research, emails, site visits and Sales Closing
• Communicate with prospective clients and assist with generating sales
• Making a large number of outbound sales related calls daily.
• Must meet quarterly sales goals.
• Properly document daily activity including call notes and depositions
• Provide maintenance and construction project pricing
• Receive instructions from clients and their agents
• Prepare and provide estimates to clients
• Plan and implement small to medium projects
• Evaluate strategies and procedures
• Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
• Maintain required project documentation
• Complete monthly billing and navigate through customer portals
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
• Ability to manage on-call and emergency requests
• Must have reliable transportation
• Maintain General office supplies and assist in answering phonesPM21Requirements: Qualifications:
  • The ability to speak clearly, confidently, and informatively. Must be comfortable on the phone.
  • Previous experience in facility repair, construction, or other related fields is a plus
  • Experience in sales and closing (retail and commercial) is preferred
  • Must be able to handle a fast-paced industry and demanding clients while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate field service personnel
  • PC proficient
  • Proposal preparation experience
  • Strong ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Construction and/or facilities maintenance experience is strongly preferred.Job Type: Full-time
